Where are my products manufactured?

All our products are formulated and manufactured in France 🇫🇷, more specifically on the Atlantic coast.

Are my products natural?

We attach great importance to offering the healthiest and most natural products 🌿 . Our products contain respectively 97.7% of ingredients of natural origin for the Face Serum 123 and 95.8% for the Face Cream 124 . This gives them an excellent Yuka rating: 93/100 "excellent" 🪴.

Where can I find my products?

Our products are now available mainly through our website. We are actively working on new collaborations in order to offer you a wider choice and new experiences. Stay tuned!

Do my products contain allergens or controversial substances?

Our products do not contain any controversial substances, these are banned from our formulas. However, one ingredient is present in our formulas and has a potential allergenic effect: benzyl alcohol. Although it does not present any risk and is authorized by the regulations, it can be allergenic for people with sensitive skin or an allergic background. In case of sensitivity or an allergic background, first test the product on a small area of ​​skin in the crease of the elbow 👍🏼

Are the products unisex?

Our products are designed for everyone: gender, skin type, origins... Our products can meet your needs.

How do I report a problem with my product (allergy, damaged product, etc.)

Expiration and use-by date

Our products are usable for 2 years after their manufacture. The expiry date is indicated under the pot and the bottle. Be careful to keep them away from sunlight and heat.

Deliveries in France: delivery times, prices and methods

We offer delivery in France by Mondial Relay or La Poste services.

International deliveries

Our products are available for delivery only in France at the moment. Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver internationally. We are working on it!

My package is lost, what should I do?

To report a lost package to us, you can:

How to benefit from free delivery costs?

Delivery costs are free for all orders over 80 euros.
